I didn't know that GD deleted all of the bids from the non-paying bidder, as that is a huge loophole that other auction houses have used to a) only delete the top bid or b) rerun the auction if the second bidder doesn't want the domain at that price.
This is insane and GD is just giving money away to scammers.
