I am getting so many low ball offers on domain easy that I have decided to start migrating some of my domains out.
The problem is it does not really matter what you set your minimum bid to, so lets pretend it's $1000...
The potential client enters $1000 but in the comments says his bid is $100. I have a few domains that get so much traffic it's a common occurrence to get numerous such offers in a day. The domains are high value and I do not want to put a BIN because the BIN price depends on if a direct hit company applies for the domain.
On SAW.com you have the ability to ask for email verification and you can adjust that on/off for all domains or on a individual domain setting. I still get fake offers there too because there are no repercussions for the bidder, their accounts don't get cancelled like at Afternic so the process will probably continue.
I have a big announcement coming in the new year, I have been large scale testing different landers and ways to sell domains and I have a secret weapon that is selling the most domains. I am absolutely shocked how easy it is to let the buyer do all the negotiations if you know what to do. Story coming soon...
