It appears google has their own extension with .google

This is a game changer and will legitimize the new TLD's

They've had that extension since 2014:

.google Registry Agreement

but it hasn't changed the game. One of the (many) problems with .brand TLDs is that the order of terms is not correct. e.g.

"Google Wallet" ---> wallet.google
"Google Domains" ----> domains.google
etc.

It's all backwards, which hurts their brand messaging.
