Agreed and it seems more likely to attract a CDRP than a sale.

Lol, unless he negotiated a sale price of $15, I wouldn't be bragging that you negotiated with a squatter and thought that paying their extortion fee was a success.

I suppose it could be an insider at a company who heard about an upcoming new product/service under their Greenshield name and is trying to cash in, and then used a broker to cover tracks.
