Yeah, everyone is a big buyer once it's sold.
I could just see this joker acting all cool with his boss or client, telling him he'll get the domain for a song and not to worry because he can negotiate better than "people like this" (big laugh all around). Then he falls straight into the gutter, his boss/client is not so happy and suddenly he has $10K to spend.
