How to set pricing - from an expert (2.Viewing)

Seriously, I was using the godaddy appraisals exactly the way he mentioned.

I sort them in godaddy from highest appraisal to lowest and then set my sales price accordingly.

Mind you I do deviate from it as I see fit.

Mike seems to be a bit of an Arrogant unicorn in the domain space, but he sure sells domains.
