I never imagine I wouldn't be able to sell my .ca. before the year runs out.

Thought I've struck a goldmine despite taken in about 437 extensions according to dotdb. Even brokers telling me they aren't interested in brokreing the name.

Got only two response from outbounds.
One ask for price and got not interested.

The other that 'd have convert to a sale.
We agreed on $115k and said he won't be moving forward because he didn't know dan.com.
All effort to revert the sale prove abortive.

What did you think I did wrong or any suggestions you have for me.

I'll be waiting in the comment section.
Thanks.

Can't say much without knowing the domain.

Keep in mind for a .ca you want to shoot at about 10% of the .com

So if the .com sold for a million you generally want to ask 100k for the .ca
That is speculative but it is one of the equations I look at when establishing my retail selling price.

The odds of selling a single .ca domain in a year are staggeringly low. You'll need to own a larger catalog of domains to enjoy yearly sales. That's not exclusive to .ca, it applies to all domain extensions. It's a well known fact that domain sales is a waiting game.

You posted that you once rejected $250k offer on one of your name. Which name is that?

In retrospect, I should have taken that deal, it's one of my regrets, the company rebranded instead.

If I decide to post it I will put it in Hushed to keep it off google but like I said, it was not one of my best decisions.

Yh. That's a huge amount you let go.
Did they rebranded with a .ca?
