Looking for a TORONTO rental apartment, basement suite... (1.Viewing)

Looking for a Toronto rental close to downtown, for a single person or maybe shared with a female roommate.

My daughter is starting a job there in September, and obviously finding a rental in Toronto is pretty hard these days so thought I would put this out to those of you in the area who may have some leads.
