Honestly, I don't have a problem if some business wants to require masks. Businesses have the right to refuse service, there are plenty of rules already like no shoes no shirt no service, no pets, etc... If they want to shoot themselves in the foot, or they're really that paranoid, then no problem, that's their choice. There are always others who want your business.

I know, and my comment was just a tongue-in-cheek reference to some US stores outlawing masks near the end of the COVID lockdown, simply because they were being repeatedly robbed.

Criminals love when everyone wears a mask, as then they don't stand out.
