MyID TBR Issue (1.Viewing)

I won a couple of TBR domains at MyID this week.

However, I did not receive an invoice for them, nor are they listed in my invoice history.

I emailed support, and it bounced back. I submitted a ticket through the control panel and no answer.

Anyone having a similar issue? Any suggestions what to do?
 
MyID is very sporadic. They always seem to get it done, just not like clockwork. Some weeks its within minutes of the end of the auction, other weeks its not until monday or tuesday. It is annoying because I like to clear things up quickly - simply so I don't forget or lose track of domains.
 
Namespro took about 24 longer than usual this week as well. Maybe there's a connection?

Just my uninformed opinion but...Maybe it too longer for the transfers and the registry to process the domains that were caught?
 
Lesley is normally fairly quick at responding lately. Would still love to know who “Lesley” is. Never comes with a last name in the replies. Maybe it’s Danny Hunter in disguise.
