Never heard of him before but I think you're right. I just happened to come across another domain just today that has the matching whois as UDRPsearch. Try visiting Jerk.com for example. Video messages are apparently his thing.
 
Or, this should be made into an editable clip for all domainers to use, where you can substitute 500, 425 and 400 for the numbers you want, and your numbers get inserted into the audio.

Whether this started out as an innocent attempt to buy a domain, it's clearly now a targeted promotional campaign to get views on their site, that they hope goes viral.

It's pretty sad really.
