Nary a day goes by when we are not updating something to streamline the site so we are opening this topic to list some of the not so noticeable changes as they happen.
The New Post indicators are now group based.
Chat - Market - Notify
The new quick links at the top get their own icons and drop down to open a Market Listing with a single click.
DN sold domains and Reported sold domains are now accessible via the sidebar in a single click.
Clicking the meets button takes you to the explanation and the beginning of the topic.
Clicking the link underneath takes you to the latest meet.
Premium and Free listings stay static now instead of changing when someone posts inside.
They only change when a NEW listing is added and not when bumped.
A bump will bring the listing to the top in the category view.
Reason for this is we want NEW listings to get maximum exposure without someone bumping all their listings onto the front page.
New icons added into the site statistics
Graen Appraisals are working again
Hint, also on WHOIS lookup to the right of Graen... if you type in domain.ca you get .ca with all the comparison extensions.
Your quick inbox access has received numerous tweaks to make things easier to reach.
Catchdrop has not renewed their sponsorship and is removed from all sponsor sections.
The market address is: dn.ca/market
However the sub domain: market.dn.ca will also bring you there directly.
And the NEW: dnmarket.ca will also bring you there directly.
New quick links to Market Guidelines and Forum Guidelines.
Both have received some updates.
When you create a Free Listing the Market Guidelines automatically show at the top.
When you create a Premium Listing the Benefits and rules are listed at the top.
When you create a Market Page you see instructions at the top.
When you report a SOLD domain it now gives instructions on how to list it properly.
The prefixes are also change sold.tld is anything other than a .ca or a .com
Appreciate all the upgrades. I am sure the forum is well respected because of your hard work. Although personally I don't look into the details above or follow closely to compare with others, it's good to know that you are keeping up with it to make sure DN is up there. Great you have the skill set and know how but the time you spend on these developments, comes with a lot of sacrifice. We appreciate that and I am sure I can speak on behalf of everyone here on that point. 
First, thank you for the kind words, I spend hours and hours writing custom code or purchasing custom code.
A lot of the features are exclusive to DN.ca which is why I had to delay the update from Xenforo version 2.2 to 2.3. That is a major upgrade and will break a lot of my custom features and codes, so I have had to purchase another license to run a parallel test site. On that site I am re-writing all the codes and once done I will migrate everything over on DN.ca.
I plan to do that near Christmas because the site will probably be down for a day as I retest hundreds of modifications to the original code.
The latest discussion on the main index page will show all the discussion topics as they get updated.
Removed are...
- Market Listings (they are shown separately)
- TBR (only a small group wants to see them)
