On the flight-finding site Kayak, which Booking.com owns, searches for summer travel have been rising as much as 27 percent every week since early March

We can still fly to Mexico, and on Priceline.com, reservations for trips there are up 230 percent from 2019

Some hotels, airlines, and travel agencies are telling me that they are seeing double-digit growth on a day-over-day basis

January broke the record for most new short-term rental bookings, according to AirDNA, an independent analytics firm that tracks Airbnb and its competitor Vrbo. February broke it again.

Time to launch or sell that travel domain you've been holding onto!

I hear there will be a new announcement, as we speak about new restrictions...

-- nothing new, It sounded like with all the new cases they would be looking at further restrictions...

I finally got my first pfizer shot under the first responder program as a volunteer firefighter. Basically, at the end of each day, if any 70+ year olds failed to show up to their vaccine appointments, they call first responders to use up the left overs so they don't go bad. So at 4:30pm on a sunday afternoon, they called and said I had 30 minutes to get down and get the shot... Zero symptoms/effects for me from the shot (other than a tiny bit of soreness at the shot site, as with any shot).

That's great! I get the AstraZeneca shot on Wednesday.

I have a 12k travel credit with Sunwing

No idea when I will actually be able to use it and the 2 years are almost up.

Bastards are holding me hostage instead of refunding.

Yeah, I have 4 tickets on an open jaw flight through Croatia & then Greece held hostage too by Condor and Volotea. I'm afraid to look and find out if they'll ever let us use them.
