I have come across companies that own .com already got .ai to forward to their Ai product. It'll still be around.
.Mobi never took off like .ai did. .Ai was doing good before the ChatGPT launch. I checked whois.ai auctions and good 1 word domains were selling for $1,xxx and higher back then and now it's just 5x to 10x that.
