It's also very possible that the nameservers remained unchanged after the domain transfer (as has happened to me before) so they still pointed to the company's host and simply displayed the existing site data. Did someone even investigate this possibility?

Either way, the Complainant failed to prove their case, but there so many freaking registrar-based minefields for attracting a UDRP it's amazing people still buy domains.

Good point, it looks like this was a pre-drop sale, as the registration date is still 1997.
