“The Complainant asserts that the Domain Name is confusingly similar to its TRADER JOE’S marks because it is similar in sight, sound, and meaning and incorporates the dominant element “JOE’S” following a noun signifying a person. The content of the Respondent’s website, mimicking the Complainant’s logo and reselling the Complainant’s products, indicates that the similarity is intentional.”

“In the case of the domain AuntieJoes.com, the operators designed a similar logo mimicking that of Trader Joe’s”.

This is the same situation that I brought up here: There is a risk with PPC ads

So if the owner of Mark.ca is reading this, think of changing your logo. This is a no brainer to me! Why risk it?

Check out the "Home" navigation item on top right of Mark.ca and where it navigates to ... another risky move by the owner IMHO.

I was going to mention that but the owner is obviously a member here because he changes it whenever we mention it.

See here:
Uh Oh Spaghettio - someone is going to be in trouble

He is going after the mens clothing market namely Mark's and if ever someone is courting a CDRP it is the owner of Mark.ca

Now I would never say that lightly because I am always for the domain owner but in this case the owner is taking a gamble that will definitely not end well and we will have another poor Auntie to write about.
