Yeah, a lot of people don't realize "realtor" is a trademark term.

Terms like real estate, homes, realty, etc. are generics in the field.

Yep, that's why it's better to use "Realty" as your keyword in any related domain registrations.
 
This changed in 2020. You can use the trademark if you're a member of CREA.
i. REALTOR® and REALTORS® can be used in domain names and email addresses only in conjunction with the name of the member or the member's firm. They can never be used alone or with geographical, descriptive or other modifiers.

Your first or last name would have to be Maple, though.
