I won't sell any top tier domain without knowing who the end user is, you would have to make me a crazy good offer.

I would treat any anonymous inquiry as a top tier client, pricing the domain accordingly.

So for instance if they made an anonymous offer for rams in .com I would quote a price equivalent to what I would sell it to a large corporation for.

This might be an ad for buyer broker services, where anonymity for the buyer client is a (perceived) benefit for the buyer. I find the ad confusing, as do several of us, clearly.
