Since the WHC takeover, Siber's TBR record has been very spotty to say the least, from an all-out failure during the November time change to their disappearing acting last week, and is anyone else a bit hesitant to put any trust with theseJokers again?

Hello DomainRecap

We actually have a representative from WHC.ca on the board.

You can tag Sally at anytime by adding an @ in front of her name and then typing her name.
She has access to the Trusted Member Forum as well in case it is a subject you want to keep off google.

The trusted member forum, moderator forum, and trash bin are not indexed by google.

Maybe she can let us know exactly what is going on at Siber since the WHC takeover, as from my point of view as a customer, they are certainly not meeting (or even approaching) my needs as a top TBR registrar.

Greetings to the new DN.ca community and in particular to all you TBR power users!

I just wanted to write a first post here to address some of the concerns following the WHC-Sibername acquisition and to let everyone know that we are hard at work on improving our TBR process and committed to creating the single most effective platform for securing newly released .CA domain names.

In the past few months, we have deployed considerable effort and energy into merging Sibername's team, services and infrastructure into WHC's. Over the next few months, we will be investing heavily to bring Sibername's TBR platform into the WHC ecosystem and to make it your go-to for all TBR domains. Just like with any new endeavor, there will be hiccups and roadblocks to overcome, but I would like to reassure the OP and others here that we are actively involving our DevOps team to build a lean, mean TBR machine. You can expect to see some big announcements in Q1 2021, and can continue to rely on Sibername's TBR system at https://www.sibername.com/tbr/ to provide quality results until then.

I welcome any feedback and look forward to engaging with the domainer community on here!

Joker's boner might be occasionally raging, but Batman is in the house!
