The UDRP that Stable App LLC. filed to usurp the domain
Stable.com, has been denied. The Complainant was also found to have engaged in
Reverse Domain Name Hijacking.
Stable.com was acquired early last year by the Respondent, for the sum of $1,008,925 dollars. Brokered inquiries by the Complainant offered ridiculous sums to the tune of $900 dollars. When that did not come to fruition, the Complainant filed a UDRP.
