Unfortunately, the previous proxy bids can't be removed or edited at this point, as this is not possible during auctions.

I've reached out directly via Email to you as well.

I think if you are going to restart an auction, should start fresh. Restart it again.

Hopefully, we don't have to repeat this, but your request makes sense for future cases.

I do understand his point, as if you're re-running the auctions it should start from scratch. Otherwise you're just "allowing additional bids" with all the points in your favor.

As it's WHC's fault this happened, the risk should be shared.

For anybody wondering about our auction timer on top of the backorder center showing 0s - please use the timer displayed in the table. The issue is due to some of the auctions being re-run.

We will remove the end time on the top and will only display the individual end times for the auctions instead.
