Lol. Possibly, or maybe they got a lot of threatening letters from lawyer(s) and decided to abandon ship.
 
I don't know certain but it was previously owned by a big corp.

If you look at my market page here on dn example chap.ca you will see a listing of domains with no advertisements and hopefully no way to claim trademark.

The reason I listed chap is because it's one of the ones I had to defend when I was threatened with a CDRP and a more recent one was skkn.ca

In most cases listing a domain for sale is defendable against a CDRP as long as one is not stupid about it. I would have no qualms buying puffs.ca and would vigorously defend it should someone claim trademark. Remember even facebook had to PURCHASE the domain facebook.com. If an domain owner does everything right the chance of a trademark case go way down.

DN.ca is a domain commerce site now and pointing the domain to your market page here is a safe alternative and will show a CDRP that there is nothing but commerce happening with the domain. In this case commerce meaning if you want it you buy it like any other asset.
 
@Esdiel: Tbh, it’s my first time seeing and hearing this brand. I only see Kleenex and Royale in the stores.

@MapleDots: Imho, it would be harder to defend puffs.ca than puff.ca in a CDRP because: (1) the brand came before the registration and (2) when you type in puffs in the search bar, it shows the brand at the top of the results; hence, the common association.
 
Anyone else still having problems with WHC TBR orders?

When I went to place orders today, my cart was still showing old orders from last week. So I deleted them all. Then bulk added new orders.

Then a little later I went to pay, order denied due to the old orders magically reappearing in my account again. f***.
