I'll start off by saying I almost spit out my coffee when I saw the first 3-character, which the CIRA Font made it look like alc.ca, but after looking closely at it, the domain was actually a1c.ca.

Damn that CIRA font that makes 1's look like l's.

[notify]MapleDots[/notify] with regards to the font we use in the TBR listing, I am adding an image of the current (moments ago) listing that has a domain with both the letter "l" and the number "1", not sure how it can be made any clearer.

You can see the number "1" has a top and the letter "l" does not, almost exactly how the font in this forum is used. I am open to suggestions nonetheless.

Yes, in certain circumstance the way you have the 1 can still be misconstrued. If you are experienced like we are then in most cases we realize our error because the domains seems too good to drop. Once you factor in the 1 then you know why they are dropping.

Only thing is it is not always crystal clear without the lower foot on the 1.
 
Other than a couple of nice LLLs, it's a very bad list - I even did some deep-diving on a collection of visually-promising names and they were all junk. That never happens and usually 2-3 of them pan out.

I think it's clear people are in a holding pattern right now and are not letting any remotely-good 1-word (or premium 2-word) domains drop.

So could it be the week that we have the lowest re-registrations for 2021?

I think there will be that last minute rush of requests that will push past that 100 mark. Let’s wait and see.

Haven't looked yet, but I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that MyID front-loaded their servers and won OUT.
