Me too. I tend to do a first pass of research, throw it in at min bids, then do a second pass of research depending on what goes to auction. On the second pass, I thought ebony has a decent chance for a profitable resale over time, but I really just couldn't get too excited about any of them. I started bidding but quickly lost interest and just let everything go.

After a long while I noticed some exuberance in the drop. Was wondering if it was the quality of the domains or the recent entrant's approach. Makes me to conclude that the veterans in this forum have not been swayed. Congratulations to all the winners with their picks.
