If you have a development use for diet.ca, it is still cheap at it's present price. But for resale...much tougher.

I've bought so many domains because I had a development idea for it - never to be thought about again.

Not all TBR domains are bought to resell, remember domains can be acquired for development.

Edit: hehe [notify]aactive[/notify] beat me to it by seconds

diet.ca might make an nice platform for a person in the supplements business...

Legs with a fat wallet attached. Selling a .CA for $1000 is easy. Making a profit on a .CA you paid 5-figures for is _very_ hard. Not impossible - just damn rare. I'm still stunned at how cheap canadian businesses are.

I echo these sentiments, that's why I keep seeing these IMO crazy TBR prices and just can't understand the end game. Canadian companies are so cheap you can almost hear the pennies squealing, and these guys will jerk you around forever on lowballs for your domains, while spending insane amounts elsewhere.

And I check regularly on the top TBR domains to see what happens to them, and they are NOT being developed so put that explanation back in your pocket.

I honestly think it's just rich people collecting premium domains to be Tog Dog on the domain block.

Agree that an end use could put that into good use. It has so many niches covered up in that one word..It's the mother of all diet programs. I think it has more to power up, till one gives up. Who would it be?? Don't quit!! Go for Diet!! LOL

Sure, but have you spent 5-figures on them?

An NFT just sold for about what, $60 million US? So $15,000 CAD for diet.ca looks cheap if you're in that disposable income bracket where 15k would otherwise just be sitting in your account with nowhere to go. Could still be an investment, or with the traffic it gets could probably be easily a simple PPC or affiliate site related to that subject. And when looking at crypto and blockchain developments, who knows what else DIET could come to mean.

And now onto the mass of TBR auctions at Siber, of which CUPID seems to be well in the lead.

I think with that comment [notify]domains[/notify], DIET has found some fresh steam

all the good bids at siber seem to have plato I guess anyone thats involved in both the siber and myid diet auction is busy watching diet climb lol

Very little happens at Siber until the last 3 seconds.

Diet.com is a functioning site, and looks at WW, Noom and all the other fitness/nutrition sites and products. Coming out of Covid lots of people want to get fit again and lose weight. Timing could be great with this domain and the right plan for it.

Now that should add more value and steam!!
