There is a risk with PPC ads (1 Viewing)

I have mentioned before and I will say it again. IF you own a premium domain, why on earth would you use parking ads? The money you make from the parking ads will not add up if you lose the domain in a UDRP.

I also noticed that Mark.ca (a domain previously mentioned on this forum) is using a VERY distinct colour of a major store with a very similar name. This is another head scratcher for me! I think this could fall into the category of “confusingly similar” and an easy win for the complainant. If the Mark.ca person is a member here, my advice to you would be to chance your colour of “Mark” ASAP! It does look like that the current owner is named Mark but why chance it?
