I had an interesting inquiry on a LN .ca I own. After showing them recent .ca sales in my original email, here is the response I get back.... I mean.... I hate spending time and energy. :)

Well Elon Musk wants to send people to Mars so maybe he’s already started. :)

Some folks are crazy. One guy wanted to have Seeds(.)com for "a high five and a crisp $20 bill", a week ago.

People have too much time on their hands *DONT_KNOW*

GeorgeK also owns Math.com and School.com but seeds.com?

[notify]GeorgeK[/notify], I am kind of in this business as well because I am always in touch with manufacturers of raw ingredients and there is such a shortage that seeds are going to make all the difference in the world.

If you hang on to seeds.com that should be a 20 million dollar domain. Seeds aca cost 100k per field depending on what you are growing and the seeds required to feed our increasing population are getting ever more complex. Combine that with the fact there is a real movement to preserve the non genetic seeds in the world, ie the seed bank and you have a domain valued in the millions.

Not only that but there is still the matter that cannabis is all about the seeds, nothing matters in that industry as much as the seeds and the future is not the end product but the selling of the seeds, you can already see that trend with the home grow kits.

Marvelous domain!!

Yes, they've been the most serious inquiries.

What's nice about seeds is the very high value to weight ratio. e.g. you can put some kinds of seeds in a small envelope, so shipping is easy and profitable (I've not done that myself, though; just PPC parking; but it's something I've contemplated).

You should have told him that you don’t high five because of covid but you will do a fist bump instead. :)
