Selling Tradesmen.ca, $17k
Had a number of offers in the 10k range from different marketplaces, but was unable
to get them up in price, who knows could be the same person waiting me out
I consider 17k a wholesale price, and left considerable room for end-user $$
there are lots of different types of tradesmen
