A National Arbitration Forum panel has ordered TRX.com transferred to Fitness Anywhere LLC.

The domain owner didn’t do himself any favors. He appears to have used incorrect Whois information and didn’t respond to the dispute. But still, should this domain have been lost in a UDRP?

Based on the facts summarized in the Domain Name Wire article, it seems a very questionable decision that was influenced by the Respondent's (current owner) actions in that the WHOIS info was wrong and that the Respondent failed to respond; for an asset with this value and seemingly a pretty good case to be made to retain the domain, that's very irresponsible on the Respondent's part. That being said, since the domain existed well before the Complainant and the price sought for the domain was indeed in line with market value, I would have sided with the Respondent.
