Lazy lawyers getting their admin assistants to run IP searches and prepare files.

One of my friends is a lawyer (running a small one-man show) who has slowly transformed into a retail property magnate (thus taking up most of his time making $$$) and his legal assistant/secretary literally does everything and he just signs his name.

And this is what happens.
