The role of the Online Enforcement and Domain Name Manager (Manager) is to assist with acquiring new domains, dispute offending domains, and facilitate currently owned domain assets. The Manager will also protect our brands from the activity infringing our intellectual property by filing relevant complaints. Common abuses encountered include: counterfeit goods, misuse of trademark or copyright rights, evaluating unauthorized distribution of legitimate goods for action. The Manager will be collaborate with team members in management to identify risk and recommend solutions. This is a managerial position and will supervise an investigator. The role is eligible to be fully remote with periodic travel on a quarterly basis or occasionally more frequently.
