Who's getting wholesale deals? And are these changes just affecting WHC customers or are they coming from CIRA and will affect everybody?

WHC is going to work with dn.ca to give us a special deal. I was mentioning nobody had renewal deals and they said they will work on that with us to get us a good deal. In fact I am confident it will be a significant deal for our members.
