2. Domain was in pending delete and was registered with Enom. Namejet ending up catching it and it's in private auction now.

Almost certainly the GD bidder never paid and as GD doesn't seem to take their auctions seriously (they still use Net 30 like they would on a hosting plan), they let it drop and NJ picked it up.

I have posited in the past, that with the lax account security of GD, people may be placing inflated fake bids hoping that it will be dropped and then go to an alternate source (at a much lower proce). In fact, it may well we the "alternate sources" pulling this scam to generate drop-catch revenue, as it always seems to be the premium ones that go unpaid and drop off. Hmmmmm.

It would incredibly easy to pull off, as your dog could set up an account at GD.
