As stated, I already cleared this up at Bell, so they probably whitelisted it for me.

The key element is that something is different between the 2FA emails (which were blocked) and the rest of the WHC emails (which are not).
 
Whoa, is WHC working for anyone else this morning?

I was trying to access the TBR list and renew a few domains, but all I got were 404 errors from the bookmarks. And when I just went to WHC.ca and clicked my account, the screen just flashes. Yeeesh.

It looks like WHC just rose from the dead and everything seems to be working fine again... 🧟‍♂️ 🧟‍♀️
 
I shouldn't have said that, as some domains I registered yesterday are now missing or have an incorrect renewal date.

This is probably linked to the problems with CIRA yesterday as these registrations sat in "pending" for a long time before processing, and WHC-FM @FM I have created a ticket for this issue.

The missing domains are back, but the renewal dates on WHC are still wrong (yesterday's date) even though WHOIS is correct.

I'd personally take a look at registrations that took place during and after the TBR run, as there were definitely problems and my hand-regs sat there in "pending" status for a long time before processing. But everything seemed fine yesterday and I changed Nameservers, confirmed settings, etc.
 
I found an unexpected package at my front door yesterday, and after checking to make sure it wasn't ticking, I opened it up and discovered WHC had sent me a little gift of hot chocolate and candy.

Thanks guys, and although kids already reefed the candy, I plan on drinking the hot chocolate. 😁
