I think @dynatodd handled the situation very well and showed they were capable of dealing with a crisis by staying measured on social media and not going into panic mode. Solid performance given the challenges presented by a very vocal critic.

Found my origional response BELOW when the UDRP was filed, that is the only time I ever commented or mentioned it during the time the domain dispute was in active status. Coincidentally that was the exact ruling by the UDRP panel, which goes to show if you don't do anything stupid and maintain...

I base it on traffic stats and keyword popularity. I find the under 1k moves fast, under 2.5 sells reasonably well, 5k is a tough sell, over you have to wait and see.
