The insert quotes window on Firefox (Windows 10, latest version), allows me to drag and drop the quotes and remove them, but I don't see any button to actually insert the quotes in the window:

You don't see that once multi quotes are selected?
Can you select a few multi quotes and attach a picture of the reply box?

Yes it's amazing how much you can do with the Developer Tools in chrome, the inspect feature is a life save allowing me to look at and change code before implementing it on the back end.
