Interesting. That "seems" to confirm it, at a glance anyway...
If they are a huge construction/real estate company then it's likely they have lots of real estate dedicated to parking, parkades, etc. Plus they have several brands, so maybe this one is dedicated to all their paid parking options/real estate.
Congrats btw. It's an abbreviation that would certainly be overlooked by most of us.

I really hope their plan is to brand as Pee-Kay-DoubleU-Why and not "Parkway", as the latter choice (branding phonetically as a word while using a short-form) would be a mistake of epic proportions.
But that's neither here nor there for Maple, as he doesn't need to run the company, and congrats on a very nice sale!
