I assumed just go into the next tbr after 30 days

I was told if I didn’t comply within deadline , all names under that reg ID go into hold status for 30 days. If still not proven within those 30 days, names are released for registration

They sent out request Jan 5th. I did respond about a week later but they only just got back to me today. Drivers license doesn't cut it. What I would love to know is what brought this on

Does anybody know anyone at CIRA? Been working with domains since 2003 and now they sent me a compliance email a while back with todays date being the deadline. I have filled in the requested form attaching proof, I have emailed them and still no response.
