That is the million dollar question it seems. I always find it hard to believe that a million dollar company would invest in such an extension. I can see how some companies can be fooled by the .ai extension but .xyz? 🤷‍♂️

Regardless if he pays this off or not, I believe his name will be forever tarnished. Is it possible that he somehow “transfers/sells” his valuable assets over to someone else’s name and claims bankruptcy? I will be the first to admit that I don’t know much about US bankruptcies.
