Sorry, but this is false. No airport has any rights to their airport code. A CDRP loss does not mean that they made the right decision.

Many businesses use airport codes in their business names. There are hundreds if not thousands of companies that do it.

This is why if you ever have an opportunity to sell a domain, don’t be greedy. There’s lots of companies that don’t survive or change names and then you’re out of luck. Speaking from experience of course ;)

10K per day is typically for personal accounts. I am sure you can have higher limits on business.
