ICANN doesn't allow applications for two letter TLDs in their new gTLD program though. If Quebec separated (not that I'd want them to), then that would be different.

I know that some sellers (from Germany) had instances where they were successful in enforcing the contract or getting some sort of penalty out of the non-paying buyer. So at least I know that Sedo does provide more data about the buyer in some cases.

It happened elsewhere as this is normal part of the process that the votes are first counted at the polling stations... The votes are already counted before they get to the regional office. Also, as stated in the comments, the media doesn't decide who wins, they just decide when they have enough...

The video says "was supposed to work", the text says "was working". As far as I know votes are counted at the polling station (table) before they are sent to the regional office and the count is called in to the regional office. Then the votes are sealed and sent to the regional office.

Just ask the AI (instead of entering a domain name) "please provide sources for your comparable sales" and it will provide you with a bunch of links that will mostly be 404 pages.
