I’m not too impressed to be honest. Hopefully the issue gets resolved soon and doesn’t occur again. I highly recommend they improve their support team, or at least guarantee updates within a certain time frame like other providers.
Apparently they have a bug with claiming this week. I have a support ticket open for a few hours now since the auction ended. I am having the same issues and seeing the same things as you. @DomainRecap

Although their interface/panel and methods/processes might be outdated and need some work, I must say that their support is top notch. I don't mind them.
