I tend to disagree, in the heyday I made 2k a day from parking, have reports to back that up. But for a while now I felt that I was better off having a for sale sign than a bunch of ads.

That's a great domain for a company with many uses. One would be to help customers find leads in their ICP and the other would be to determine what is the ICP of a company.
