If I were a betting man I would not bet against you on this one.
I feel it was a bargain. Definitely undersold, like we all have at times.

I always check when I see the .com sale.
So many great domains don't even resolve.

when I see a large .com sale I first check if the .ca is available, which it sometimes is.
if not, then I might go to .ca whois or just type in the domain and see what's there.
that said, a large .com sale might mean nothing to the .ca depending on the buyer and what they're using it for. but a large sale also mean the term or word has value to someone.
