If you can’t put your finger on why it doesn’t sit well, here’s my take on it. If you’re going to use a misspelling, it should look purposeful, not like you’re just a moron / bad speller, like this one does.

Their logo/brand should at least have some ferns to show it's a play on words (and that they're not just dumb).
