Can you imagine paying 25% on a 100k sale and then taxes on top of that?

What is left for the domain owner?

I wonder which commission structure would apply if the offer comes in before Feb 1st but is only accepted after Feb 1st...

I might be in a situation where I could accept an offer via GD Auction before the end of the month (so I would have to pay the old 20% commission) but if I wait so many days and get passed Feb 1st then I might only pay a 15% commission.
 
Good question and I think the answer would be:

Whichever scenario makes GD more money would almost certainly apply.
