After 20 years of following domains, the truth is that the domain is ALWAYS for sale, just a matter of price.
I could see if the person was using the domain, but why own a domain only to put it up on a lander that says it's not for sale?

About the only domain I know that is not actually for sale is Nissan.com.
Though maybe it would have been if the car company just made a fair offer, and didn't go through so much legal BS to try and forcefully take it.
