Catchdrop looks like a neglected sinking ship, there's no innovation or updates.
Is the ship sinking?

I hope not, it's an innovative service but I haven't seen anything new develop since the site was launched.

Once CD convinced the CIRA to allow open auctions for TBR domains, it was just a matter of time before others would join in.

It's like when Tim Horton's Brazilian owners figured out they could cryogenically freeze donuts, replace lemonade with Windex and make coffee out of roasted lima beans... it was pure profits, but then everyone started doing it.

They invested a bit with CIRA with the queues and wonder if they will renew them when time comes. It might be prudent to know when it all got started and to keep an eye for it. They made a huge dent but have resigned recently.
