It doesn't really take much to make an offer.

It's highly unlikely it is a serious buyer. People in that range tend to use brokers, not just randomly offer $4.5M on SEDO.

I have had countless multi-million dollar fake offers.

I've seen and received offers in the millions, even the billions, but who can say they've had one in the trillions?

My highest offer was a mere pittance at 78 million
