Looks like he’s a Canadian westcoaster. Sent him an email to invite him to visit.

Looks very interesting, and it is available as a Softaculous install which means in can be done from most hosting packages with one keyclick.

There is a demo on the site and once in you can see it is a Canadian domainer that wrote the software.
